Website listings are designed to surface the information available to us, but buyers should confirm material details before moving forward.
Fees and account status
Maintenance fees shown on a listing should be treated as the amount reported for that ownership at the time the listing information was prepared. Fees can change. Special assessments, transfer fees, recording costs, taxes, club charges, or outstanding balances may also apply depending on the ownership and transaction. Current resort or account documentation should be used when available.
Resale benefits may differ
Some vacation ownership programs provide benefits to developer purchasers that may not transfer in the same way to a resale buyer. If a specific benefit, exchange option, reservation priority, status level, points feature, or club privilege is important to you, verify its transferability for the exact ownership before buying.
Availability
