Timeshare Wholesaler provides a marketplace for browsing vacation ownership resale listings and contacting our team about published ownerships. Website information is intended to help buyers compare listings and begin a conversation. It is not a guarantee that a listing remains available, that every detail is complete, or that every resort or program benefit transfers with a resale.
No online purchase completion
A timeshare purchase is not completed through online checkout on this website. A website inquiry does not by itself create a purchase agreement, reserve an ownership, or obligate either party to complete a transaction. Purchase and transfer details are handled separately with the team and the applicable transaction documents.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers should review the exact ownership, usage rights, fees, account status, transfer requirements, and any program limitations that matter to their decision. Resort procedures and ownership rules can change. Current resort records and transaction documents should take priority over general examples or older website information.
Listing availability and corrections
Listings can be changed, archived, or removed as inventory changes. We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, outdated information, broken links, or other website content. If a material listing detail is important to your decision, ask for confirmation before moving forward.
Brand names and third-party sites
Resort, developer, club, and brand names may be used to identify the ownership being offered. Unless expressly stated, that use does not mean Timeshare Wholesaler is sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the named resort or brand. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and are governed by those sites' own terms and practices.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to submit fraudulent inquiries, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected account areas, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the marketplace in a way that violates applicable law.
