Information you provide
When you submit a listing inquiry, general contact form, create an account, or otherwise communicate with Timeshare Wholesaler, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, message, and account information. If you are asking about a listing, we also associate the inquiry with the listing you selected so our team can respond to the correct property.
Information collected through the site
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and interactions such as page visits and selected marketplace actions. Hosting and application systems may also process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as request information, browser or device information, and diagnostic logs.
How information is used
We use information to respond to buyer questions, operate user accounts and marketplace features, route inquiries to the appropriate team, maintain and secure the service, understand which pages and features are useful, and improve the website. Information submitted about a specific listing may be used to communicate about that ownership and the related resale process.
Service providers
Timeshare Wholesaler relies on service providers for functions such as website hosting, data storage, email delivery, analytics, authentication, and application infrastructure. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services to the website.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, operational records, security, dispute handling, and applicable business or legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit optional information through the site. If you want to ask about information you previously submitted, contact the team using the contact information below. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
Children
Timeshare Wholesaler is a marketplace for adults researching vacation ownership resales and is not directed to children.
